I Have Bought Many Things
This morning it was raining so hard in my place and considering that we were planning to go out this afternoon was frustrating. I didn’t feel like leaving from the house when the rain stopped after lunch for I was worried that it might rain again when we’re there. Well, we really did go to Wenzhou and the Jiangxin Island plan was cancelled instead we just went around the shopping district and I bought so many things such as flip flops, skirt, blouse, t-shirt and so much more. After the tiresome shopping, we decided to go to our favorite beefsteak place called Houcoller. They cook the most lip-smacking beefsteak in the city. We went out of the restaurant with stomachs full and burping while chatting on our way to buy some DVDs for I was looking for the Kung Fu Panda. Now, that I have it, I will surely watch it on our huge TV right in our cozy and homey penthouse just right after I publish this entry. Smiles.
Jiangxin Island on the List
Though the rain is getting heavier as we went out of the apartment this afternoon we still managed to meet our friend at the bus station going to Wenzhou City. We have planned this trip as a getaway before the summer hectic days are coming and as a birthday gift for myself. We were really raring to go but I believed that the weather isn’t on our side today. It just went worse as soon as we sat on the bus going to our island trip in Wenzhou. Well, we went to plan B – SHOPPING! Every woman loves this and we went shopping when we got there. No matter how heavy the rain was, still we managed to buy many things in the shopping center. And, we even went to a fancy restaurant after shopping and had a very delightful grub. Smiles. Truly, this day went just fine for I bought many things including my baby Ts of course with Mickey Mouse print on those and some very short shorts for summer. Whew! In addition, they gave me a very nice birthday gift. Guess what? A SKIRT. Because they want me to act like a ‘lady’ by teaching me how to wear such feminine clothes. Whew! I just went and said okay,,,let’s get it on and see what will I look like tomorrow. Grins. Would I look like a man in a girl’s clothing? Laughs. Whoaaatttt?!!!
The Usual Routine on Mondays
Today we had so much things to do including the grocery tasks in the nearest biggest supermarket in town in the morning and in the afternoon we went to the shoe shopping district in our place – Hongxiao Road. However you might think today is indeed usual but no. Care to know why? Well, as I was so busy looking for my perfect shoe size and style, my housemate felt something extraordinary for suddenly she felt dizzy while she was just sitting down right at my back. I was trying so many pairs of shoes and sandals of different styles and colors whe she said, ‘You know what, I feel dizzy’. Later to our concern that a strong earthquake had strucked in the nearby province in Sichuan. I wasn’t able to feel the tremors coz I was so busy moving around here and there trying on some pairs of sandals. Finally, I was able to buy a pair and felt happy with it for now. Thanks goodness irregardless of the two hours we spent in the shopping center. Grins.
Another Luscious Grub
After our classes today we went to a nearby famous restaurant within our place to have a welcome and birthday party dinner for our three staffs. We really enjoyed our time together while we shared great conversations and some fun stuff about our classes. I really loved the food served especially the beef, chicken, noodles, fried yams, and the lip smacking cake. We went home with our stomachs full which made us walk all the way through our homes on foot. And when I arrived in my apartment, it made me just feels good with all sweat on my eyebrows. Indeed, I burnt calories and made myself more active. Now I think I can extend more hours on working on my computer. Smiles.
